FM Global Logistics Holdings Berhad has adopted the following Corporate Code of Business Conduct & Work Ethics Policy (the "Code") for Directors, management and employees of the Company and each of its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group"). Failure to comply with the Code could result in disciplinary action which may include termination.

The Code reflects the Group’s core values and the principles of behaviour that supports the maintenance of the highest standards of professional, legal and ethical conduct. These principles govern its relationships with customers, suppliers, shareholders, competitors, the communities in which it operates and extends to all Directors, management and employees of the Group. The Group is also committed to create a workplace, at all its working locations, that, at all times, is free from harassment and discrimination, where co-workers are respected, and provide an appropriate environment so as to encourage good performance and business conduct while maintaining a healthy corporate culture that engenders integrity, transparency, fairness throughout the organisation.
